Option A: Design Drawings For Planning Permission
These are simple design drawings which tell the council what your proposed intentions are. They consist of existing drawings and proposed drawings. These drawings are not suitable for building on site when a high quality, attention to detail and sticking to your budget are required.
Every project is different, hence the cost for these drawings are derived by working out how many drawings are needed and how long it will take to do. The cost depends on the complexity of the job, the number of the drawings, and if you require us to make a planning permission on your behalf. We will prepare a fixed price and an agreement for you after we know what you want.
Please Note that: We will submit again for free if the first planning permission is not successful.
