*Conditions of Resubmission
- Design must be done by us
- Client must be prepared to accept the council's recommendation
- Resubmission does not include going to appeal
- Not applicable for jobs where an enforcement notice has been issued by the council.

The prices quoted above are for guidance only, all prices must be finalised and agreed between the client and Siproj Architecture and are subject to the following conditions:
- The building is located in London within the M25
- The building is not listed or located in a conservation area
Any additional options or unforeseen work which the client wishes Siproj Architecture to carry out will be charged a fixed fee or pre-agreed hourly rate.
Fees do not include:
- Travel
- The application fees for any statutory consents (eg. Planning Application or Building Control)
- The professional fees charged by other consultants (eg. Structural Engineers)
- Ordinance Survey Maps
- We are not vat registered at the moment we will inform you if our situation changes.
