We encourage starting a scrap book of ideas which have been collected from magazines, travels, newspaper cutouts etc, it could include pictures of furniture, sanitaryware, appliances etc that would make difference to the enjoyment of your space.
We offer you samples of floor plans to attach to your scrap book. These floor plans are created from real houses in the UK. You can cut and paste, draw in features, add colours etc. Plans are an invaluable tool for starting to express your ideas on paper. This will help you explain to your architect, planning department and builder your true intentions.

Option B: Ready to Plan the Project based on Expected Time Scales & Cost.
We believe that the key to a successful project is not only to get the best design for your money but to allow enough time for starting and completing the project. The process of designing, obtaining planning permission etc can take up to 6 months, how many consultants will I need? How much will each consultant charge? How much are the planning fees and building control fees?

Option C: Ready to Design and Submit Plans
Every project needs drawings. A set of existing drawings and a set of proposed drawings are mandatory whether you require Planning Permission or a Lawful Development Certificate. A good set of drawings should be an accurate representation of your needs, desires and wishes.
We offer a Basic Architectural Service which includes
